5) the primary guest agrees that discovery point club management and employees will not be held responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or any personal property during the duration of the rental period
6) the primary guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the discovery point club rental unit, discovery point club strata plan 81, discovery point club property manager, and all discovery point club employees from and against liability for injury to himself/herselfor any other person(s) occupying or visiting the discovery point club rental unit and/or the grounds of discovery point clubresulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, injury sustained as a result of use of the rental unit, use of any item(s) inside the rental unit, exterior stairs, communal pool, beach, ocean, etc howsoever arising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees and property owners on the grounds of discovery point club
